Taco Salad



Ingredients:

1 lb Ground beef

2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts

2 tomatoes

½ red onion

½ Jalapeño

1 Avacado

1 handful cilantro

Spices (adjust for taste)

1 T Tony Chachere’s Creole Spice

2-3T Chili Powder

1-2t Red Pepper Powder

1/2t Cumin

Instructions:

Chop Romaine into bite size pieces. Dice tomato, onion, jalapeño , avocado, and cilantro. In a skillet with some coconut oil, sauté onion and jalapeño until softened. Add ground beef and seasonings and cook until browned. Prepare individual bowls by putting lettuce in bowl, top with 3-4 oz ground beef, add tomato, avocado, cilantro and hot sauce (if desired.)
